That's 1.3 pounds this week, and 0 inches.
I did lose .5 inches in my hips & .5 inches in my bust, though - so Yeah!
I haven't been working out - but I will do better this week, so hopefully my numbers will be better next week.
I've lost a total of almost 12 pounds now - and am starting to see and feel a difference - yeah again!
