I did pretty good eating wise, until Lance went out of town inthe middle of the week, and I've caved to some stress-eating. Stayed faithful to my workouts though, so hopefully I haven't done too much damage! Next week I add weights!

Yes, according to Kristen, my scale is about 4 pounds lighter than it should be. Talk about a bummer. But since we're going by pounds lost - i'll have to keep using it, I guess.
